The beautiful tube I used belongs to Gerry
 
The image "la exposición.jpg" was colected on net.
 
 
Plugin Unlimited 2 > Edge Squares >> Here
 
Plugin  Mosaic Toolkit >> On PSP it appears as Lotis Filters >> Here
 
 
Open your supplies on PSP.
 
Put the mask "névoa"  in your masks folder.
 
 
 
Let's start:
 
 
 
 
1- Open "la exposición.jpg". Edit > copy. Minimize.
 
2- Open a new 1024x500 transparent image. Select All.
 
3- Paste into Selection. Select None.
 
4-  Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling > Factory Default.
 
 
5- Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur > Radius 10:
 
 
6- Layers > duplicate. In the duplicated layer:
 
7- Plugin Lotis Filters > Mosaic Toolkit, as below:
 
 
8- Edge effects > enhance
 
 
9- Open again the image "la exposición.jpg".
 
10- Layers > load mask from disk > find the mask névoa. Load.
 

 
11- Layers > delete . Layers > merge group.
 
12- Edit > copy and in your working canvas, paste as a new layer.

13- With the Deform Tools, drag a little bit both sides as below:

14- Open the tube "Gerry-Lady37small-05 augustus 2007.pspimage".
 
15-  Resize by 70%.
 
16- Layers > new mask layer from image.
 
17- Find the mask "Marge_TopFade_menor_wood.jpg"
 

 
18- Layers > delete. Layers > merge group. Edit > Copy.
 
19- In your working canvas, paste as a new layer.
 
20- Move the tube to the left side as in my  example.
 
21 - Hide the visibility of layer raster 1 and merge visible.
 
22- In the layer merged appy: Plugin Unlimited 2 > Edges, Squares >
 
Square Edge 08.
 
 
 
23- Highlight the visibility on layer raster 1.
 
 24- Layers > new mask layer from image.
 
25- Find the mask "Marge_TopFade"
 

 
26- Layers > delete. Layers > merge group.
 
27- Add new layer.
 
28- Layers > arrange > send to botton.
 
29- Image > canvas size > 1024x540px.
 

 
30- Flood fill wioth the color #525f41.
 
31- Activate the top layer.
 
32- Adjust > sharpness > sharpen more.
 
33- Drop shadow, as below:
 
 
34- Add new layer. add your name and your watermark.
 
35-  Merge All. Save as jpg.
