This is what you will need:
 
some images / a single tube
 
Filter VM Natural > Downstairs / Filter FMTT > Blend Emboss
 
Filters >> Here
 
Put the selections in your selections folder.
 
 
My supplies >> Here
 
 
 
 
Let's start:
 
 
 
 
 1- Open all the supplies on PSP. Minimize.
 
2- Set the foreground with the color #70746a and the background with the color #A7ABA0.
 
3- Make a gradient as below:
 
 
4- Open a new 1024x500px transparent image and flood fill with the gradient. 
 
5- Effects > Texture Effects > Blinds:
 
 
 
6- Effects > Distortion Effects > Spiky Halo:
 
 
7- Image > Flip.
 
8- With the Selection Tools, draw a rectangle from the mark 520 to 1024, as below:
 
Press delete.
 
 
 
9- It should looks like this:
 
 
10- Layers > duplicate. Image > Mirror.
 
11- Layers > Merge Down.
 
12- Layers > duplicate again.
 
13- In the dujplicated layer: Plugin VM Natural > Downstairs, as below:
 
 
14- Change the Blend Mode by Soft Light and low the opacity by 40.
 
15- Merge Visible.
 
16- Adjust > Add Noise: uniform 10 - monochrome unchecked:
 
 
17- Activate the Preset Shape Tool, as below:
 
 
Note *** Choose one or more shapes.
 
Each shape will create a kind of frame for your image.
 
 
18- Draw the shape and in the layer palette > convert to raster layer.
 
 
19- Selections > select all > selections float.
 
20- Flood fill with the color #f3efe6.
 
21- Inner Bevel, as below:
 
 
22- Select none. Layers > Merge down.
 
23- With the magic wand tool, select inside the shape.
 
24- Add new layer.
 
25- Selections > modify > expand:
 
 
25- Open "armagedon.jpg". Edit > copy.
 
26- In your working canvas, paste into selection. Select None.
 
27- Layers > arrange > move down.
 
28- Layers > merge down.
 
29- Drop shadow as below:
 
 
30- Repeat the same process for all your images.
 
31- Place the frames as if they were pictures in the wall:
 
 
32- Merge visible.
 
33- Add new layer. Image > canvas size 1024x600px:
 
 
34- Flood fill with the color #4e493e. Layers > arrange > move down.
 
35- Atcivate the top layer.
 
36- Selections > Load selection from disk.
 
37- Find the selection "wood-mural". Load. Press delete. Select none.
 
38- Drop Shadow as below:
 
 
39- Keep in this layer.
 
40- Selections > load selection from disk.
 
41- Find the selection "wood-mural2". Load.
 
42-Flood fill with the gradient. Select none.
 
43- Open "StevenTyler~HonkinOnBobo~EmersonRose". Edit > Copy.
 
44- In your working canvas, paste as a new layer.
 
45- Resize by 40% with all layers unchecked.
 
46- Place it as in my example.
 
47- Plugin Eye Candy 3 > Drop Shadow, as below:
 

48- Add new layer. Put your name and your watermark.

49- Merge All.

50- Save as jpg.
