What you will need:
an image, tube, top mask
Plugin VM Toolbox > MirrororriM

Open all the supplies on PSP.
Put the mask névoa in your masks folder.
Let's start:
1- Open "bluehouse.jpg". Edit > copy
and minimize for later use.
2- Open a new 1024x500px
transparent image. Select all,
edit > paste into selection.
3- Select None.
4- Adjust > Blur >
Motion Blur, as below. Apply two times:
5- Effects > Reflection
Effects > Rotating Mirror, as below:
6- User Definided
Filters > Emboss 3:
7- Layers > duplicate.
Hide the visibility of layer raster 1.
8- In the duplicated
layer: Plugin VM Toolbox >
MirrororiM, as below:
9- Seamless Tiling >
Factory Default:
10- Plugin VM Toolbox
> Rotatile, as below:
11- Image Flip. Edge
Effects > Enhance.
12- Activate the mask "MW_wood16.jpg".
13- Layers > load mask from image. In source
window find the mask "MW_wood16.jpg":

Layers > delete.
Layers > merge group.
15- Highlight the
visibility of layer raster 1.
16- Activate the mask "Marge_TopFade.jpg".
17- Layers > load mask from image. In source
window find the mask "Marge_TopFade.jpg":
18- Layers > delete.
Layers > merge group.
19- Add new layer. Image > canvas size 1024x600:

Flood fill with the color #374978.
21- Back to top layer and
apply drop shadow,
as below:
22- Activate again the image
j"bluehouse.jpg. Image > mirror.
23- Layers > load mask from disk. Find mask névoa:
24-
Layers > delete.
Layers > merge group.
25- Edit > copy and in your working canvas paste as a
new layer.
26- Image > resize 70% with all layers
unchecked.
27- Activate the lasso tools and select the
parts outside the mask:

28- Delete.
29- Open the tube "SS_2058_SuziSgai". Edit >
copy.
30- In your working canvas, paste as a new layer.
Place it as in my example.
31- Open "forsale_wood.pspimage". Edit >
copy.
32- In your working canvas, paste as a new layer.
Place it as in my example.
33- Add new layer. Put your name and your
watermark.
34- Merge All.
35- Save as jpg.
