Thank you ladies for the beautiful creations.

Let's start:

1- Open "paper2". Edit >copy.

2- Open a new 600x450px transparent image and paste into selection. Select none.

3- Adjust > Radial Blur, as below:

4- Seamless Tiling, as below:

5- Plugin Galaxy > Warp 2, as below:

6- Plugin Mura's Seamless > Shift at Arch, as below:

7- Layers > Duplicate. Hide the visibility of layer raster 1. You will work on duplicated layer.

8- Open "jet-face01-juni-2008". Edit > copy and in you working canvas, paste as a new layer.

9- Drop shadow as below:

10- Repeat the same drop shadow changing to -3/-3/50/10

11- Merge visible.

12-  Add new layer. Select All. Select > modify > select selection borders:

13- Flood fill this border with a pattern or gradient of your choice.

14-  Inner Bevel, as below and merge visible.

15- Plugin Andromeda > Perspective.
When the plugin will open, click in presets:

Choose the preset you will like more, I choosed this one:

Check the result. If you won't like, back to presets.

 ok.

16-  Repeat the same drop shadow.

14- Open the visibility of layer raster 1.

15- Open "Tubed_by_monique42_3404". Edit > copy and in your working canvas,

paste as a new layer.

16- Resize by 85% with all layers unchecked.

17- Layers > arrange > move down. Place it on the right side of the tag.

18- Open "flower" in the scrapset. Edit > copy.

19- In your working canvas, paste as a new layer.

20- Resize by 70% with all layers unchecked.

21- Place it on the upstairs left corner of the tag.

22- Appy the same drop shadow.

23- Layers > Duplicate "flower". Resize para 70%. Place it below the first flower.

24- Layers > Duplicate. Resize the duplicated layer by para 90%.

25- Place it at the right side of the last flower.

26- Open "wordart_wood". Edit > copy and in your working canvas,

paste as a new layer. Place it as in my example.

27- Merge Visible and Edit > copy for later use.

28- Add borders 1px with the color #32303c.

29- Add borders 35px with the color white. Select and paste into selection.

30- Repeat the same drop shadow.

31- Keep selected: selections > invert.

32- Repeat the same drop shadow.

33- Add borders 1px with the color #32303c.

34- Add new layer. Add your name and your watermark.

35-  Merge All.  Save as jpg.
